Training Update: Weeks of August 20 and August 27

Whoops. Again. Another two weeks have gone by and I have not recapped my training. I am now in peak week, and I have not even posted about the previous two weeks.
I have to be honest, I am starting to feel a little bit sick with the nerves that are starting to come. But I am going to keep working hard for the next 3 and a half weeks and hopefully I will be able to really work hard and be successful on September 30.

Week of August 20
Monday: 6 miles, easy. Yoga.
Tuesday: 7 miles, including 1 mile time trial. Yoga.
Wednesday: Yoga.
Thursday: 9 miles. Middle 5 were 2 mins on, 1 min off. Yoga.
Friday: 6 miles, easy. Yoga.
Saturday: 22 miles in Columbus! Yoga.
Sunday: Yoga.

Week of August 27
Monday: 6 miles, easy. Yoga.
Tuesday: 9.2 miles - 8x800m. Yoga.
Wednesday: Yoga.
Thursday: 8 miles with fast 200m at each mile. Yoga.
Friday: 4 miles, easy. Yoga.
Saturday: 20.2 miles, including boy scout half marathon. Yoga.
Sunday: Yoga.
