Training Update: Week of September 17

Holy crap. It is race week. I have no idea how I got here. But let's look at this and see how things have gone as I enter that time period where I do not want to do ANYTHING.
So here is the last week before race week.

Monday: 5 miles, easy. Yoga.
Tuesday: 8 miles with 4x1 mile, MP. Yoga
Wednesday: Yoga
Thursday: 6.5 miles, 10x200m @ mile pace. Yoga.
Friday: 5 miles + drills (treadmill). Yoga.
Saturday: 12 miles. Yoga.
Sunday: Yoga.
