Training Update: Week of July 2

As I continue to train and move forward, getting ready for the Wineglass Marathon (and of COURSE the Honor Run Half in November), things are starting to get a little bit more serious.

I raced this week (and it was a good one!) and I ran double digits. Strength wasn't quite where it usually is (in fact, I did not strength train), but with racing that is what I had to do. I will be back to that next week.

Monday: 5 miles. Yoga.
Tuesday: 6.1 total miles (including 1 mile race!) Yoga.
Wednesday: 5 miles. Yoga.
Thursday: 9 miles. Yoga.
Friday: Yoga.
Saturday: 12 miles. Yoga.
Sunday: Yoga.

37.1 total miles (woo hoo! getting up there!)
0x Strength (ugh)
7x Yoga
