Training Update: Week of May 30

I am through another week of training, and my second race of the season. The year will culminate in November at the Honor Run, which is not a goal race, outside of the fact that I want to be able to run it strong at the end of the year.

But this week was all geared toward the Flying Pig marathon (full recap coming later this week), and the two events that I was registered for, the 5K and the Kid's Marathon. So let's take a look at how the last week went!

Monday: 6 miles, recovery pace. Yoga. Lift.
Tuesday: 6x1K, 6.26 total miles. Yoga.
Wednesday: Yoga.
Thursday: 6 miles with the last 200 of each fast. Yoga. Lift.
Friday: 4 miles, easy. Yoga.
Saturday: Flying Pig 5K, Flying Pig Kid's Marathon. 9.29 total miles. Yoga.
Sunday: Yoga (and Flying Pig spectating!)

7x Yoga
