Training Update: Week of April 9

Another week checked out. Another week has come and gone and now my mileage has finally gone up and over 30 miles. Two weeks in a row!
The Honor Run half is the race that I am going to be running late in the Fall, after I run my Fall marathon. And it is just going to be a blast to get out there and run with my favorite former training partner who moved away...

Anyway, let's take a look at the work I did last week.

Monday: 5 miles. Recovery. Yoga.
Tuesday: 6 miles, including a 1 mile time trial (post to come). Yoga.
Wednesday: Lift in Lexington. Yoga.
Thursday: 6 miles, progressive. Lift. Yoga.
Friday: 6 miles, recovery. Yoga.
Saturday: 9 miles. Yoga.
Sunday: Yoga.

2x lift
7x Yoga
