Training Update: Week of April 23

Another week of strength has been added following the first 5K of the season. I have two more big races this season before potentially starting to gear up for another marathon in the fall. And obviously, the Honor Run Half after that. So let's take a look at this week's training as a recovery week... but not really that, so more of a build strength week leading into my next race!

Monday: Yoga. Lift.
Tuesday: Yoga. 8 miles (middle 4 were 2 mins on, 1 min off).
Wednesday. Yoga. 5 miles.
Thursday: Yoga. 6 miles including 8x200m hills. Lift.
Friday: Yoga. 6 recovery.
Saturday: 10 miles. Yoga.
Sunday. Yoga.

2x Lift
