Training Update: Week of April 16

Another week. The first race week of my season. I am not even going to highlight anything else this week other than the race that I ran. Obviously, this full week of training, was focused on being prepared for this weekend.
So let's see what I did this week, rolling into my race weekend... (race recap stuff to come!)

Monday: 6 recovery miles. Yoga. Lift.
Tuesday: 9 total miles (with 10x400m). Yoga.
Wednesday: Yoga.
Thursday: 5 miles with 8x100m strides (6 total). Yoga. Lift.
Friday: 4 miles, recovery. Yoga.
Saturday: Glass City Marathon - 5K. 7 total miles. Yoga.
Sunday: Glass City Half Marathon. 13.1 miles. Yoga.

45.1 miles
7x Yoga.
2x lifting
