Training Update: week of March 12

Another week has come and gone. Another week where I stuck to my consistency plan. And this was a week where I did a little bit of work yesterday.

So here is how the week shook out for me.

Monday: 3 miles easy. Jasyoga.
Tuesday: 4 miles with 8x100m strides. 5 total miles. Strength. Jasyoga.
Wednesday: Jasyoga
Thursday: 4 miles. Core. Jasyoga.
Friday: 3 miles. Strength. Jasyoga.
Saturday: Jasyoga.
Sunday: 9.3 miles. Jasyoga.

24.3 miles
7x Jasyoga
2x Strength
1x Core
