Training Update: Week of February 5

I was on a break this week for the most part. I am slowly coming around. I am slowly starting to feel good again and ready again. I am not there yet though. No pressure on the self.

I tried not to totally slack off though. I am still planning on RUNNING both of these races, but if it is a goal race, or a fun one, we shall see!

Monday: Jasyoga. Core.
Tuesday: Jasyoga.
Wednesday: Strength. Jasyoga. Core.
Thursday: 5.1 mile run. Jasyoga.
Friday: Strength. Jasyoga. Core.
Saturday: Jasyoga.
Sunday: 12 miles. Jasyoga.

17.1 miles.

3x core
2x Strength
