Training Update: Week of February 19

Things are coming back. Admittedly, it has been harder than I expected, but I did run this week more than last week, so I guess that is a win.

Let's take a look at this week's training.

Wednesday: 4 miles. Jasyoga.
Thursday. Strength. Jasyoga.
Friday: 2 miles. Jasyoga.
Saturday: Strength. Jasyoga.
Sunday: 8 miles. Jasyoga.
