Training Update: Week of January 1

It was the first week of the New Year, and my number one goal for the week was to just get through my workouts. I definitely have been struggling with motivation and my work ethic lately, and I am not entirely sure what is going on there.

Regardless, I did get all of my mileage for last week. Like I wanted to, so I am going to call that a win?

Monday: 7.55 miles (including strides). Jasyoga. Core.
Tuesday: 6 miles. 8:30 pace. Jasyoga. Strength. Core.
Wednesday: Fartlek ladder (8.16 miles). Jasyoga. Core.
Thursday: 6 miles, 9 min pace. Jasyoga.
Friday: Jasyoga. Core. Strength.
Saturday: Jasyoga. Core.
Sunday: 12 miles. Jasyoga.

39.71 miles.
7x Jasyoga
2x Strength.
5x Core.
