Training Update: Week of December 18 & December 25

Another week (Tuesday this time, oops!) and another recap of two weeks. I should probably be better about being on top of this, but with the holiday time, I am just not, and I am 100% ok with that.

So... let's look at these last few weeks. Things have been busy and hectic, so workouts look like that as well... Not to mention the fact that it was in the single digits (and colder!) so I was a little bit less than motivated.

Week of December 18:
Monday: 7.45 miles. Core
Tuesday: 6 miles. Strength.
Wednesday: 7.23 miles. core
Thursday: 2.5 miles (sick). yoga.
Friday: Strength
Saturday: 10 miles
Sunday: OFF

2x core

Week of December 25:
Monday: 5 miles
Tuesday: 4 miles, strength
Wednesday: 6 miles, yoga.
Thursday: 4 miles, yoga.
Friday: Strength
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: 3.61 miles... (ew)
