Training Update: Week of December 11

Another week down of base work, and slowly starting to feel even better and more confident again. I am happy with the decision to step back to a Spring half marathon (thoughts around this to come in a separate post!) and really focus on getting stronger.

For now, let's take a look at my workouts for the week.

Monday: 7.75 miles run, including 4x30s strides. CORE
Tuesday: 5 miles.
Wednesday: 6 miles with 5x2:00 surges. Strength.
Thursday: 5 miles, easy.
Friday: Strength. CORE.
Saturday: 11 miles

2x Core
2x strength
34.75 miles

Another week of solid mileage and strength work!
