Training Log: week of September 18

Less than 2 weeks to go until I take on the Chicago Marathon!
I don't have much to say about it other than the fact that I am down to less than 2 weeks. So instead of offering some nugget of wisdom or something, let's just look at the training that I did.

Monday: OFF
Tuesday: 6 miles, recovery pace. Strength training.
Wednesday: 10 miles AM with 3x20mins MP. 4 miles recovery, PM. Pure Barre.
Thursday: 6 miles, recovery. Pure Barre. Strength.
Friday: 6 miles.
Saturday: 16 miles with 8 miles at MP.
Sunday: OFF

48 total miles
2xPure barre
2xStrength
