Training Log: Week of September 11

Um. I have three weeks to go. In fact, three weeks from today I will be getting into my car to head back to Cincinnati after running the Chicago Marathon.
Holy crap. Here is how my week looked.

Monday: 6 miles. pure barre.
Tuesday: 8 mile workout. (8x3 mins at goal pace). Pure empower.
Wednesday: 6 miles, recovery. Lift.
Thursday: 6 miles, easy.
Friday: OFF
Saturday: 20 miles, including the 14K race.
Sunday: 6 miles recovery. Massage.

52 miles
2x pure barre
1x lift
