Training Log: Week of August 28

Another week has gone by and suddenly I am 5 weeks out from the Chicago Marathon. I am not sure how that has happened so quickly, but I am feeling prepared for it at least.
It is definitely GO TIME.

This week was a little bit light because I was racing a half. So let's take a look at the week and see how things shook out for me.

Monday: 8.13 miles, recovery pace. Pure Barre.
Tuesday: Pure Empower. Lift.
Wednesday: 8 mile workout.
Thursday: 6.2 miles. Pure Empower.
Friday: OFF
Saturday: 20 miles (including a half marathon)
Sunday: 6 miles, recovery.

48.33 miles
3x Pure barre
1x lifting

OK. Let's GO. 5 weeks left and I have GOT THIS.
