Training Log: Week of July 31

Another week down, and another week closer to the Chicago Marathon and one less week of training between now and then.
I only have 9 weeks to go. Holy crap.

So let's take a look at last week's workouts.

Monday: 6 miles, recovery pace. Pure barre.
Tuesday: 6 miles, easy. Pure barre.
Wednesday: 10 miles, workout at the track. Lift.
Thursday: 4 miles, recovery. Lift.
Friday: 8 miles, easy. Pure barre.
Saturday: 20 miles.

3x pure barre
2x lift
