Training Log: Week of August 7

8 weeks until Chicago. 8 freaking weeks. I cannot believe I am now 8 weeks out from running the Chicago Marathon.
So let's take a look at the last week of my training.

Monday: 8 miles, recovery pace.
Tuesday: 8 miles, 8:25 avg pace. Pure barre. Lift.
Wednesday: 12 mile workout with 3x20 minutes tempo pace.
Thursday: 5 miles, recovery. Lift.
Friday: 5 miles, 8:41 pace. Pure barre.
Saturday: 15 miles. 5 easy, 5 up, 2 easy, 3 fast (last mile was 7:10)
Sunday: OFF

2x pure barre
2x lift
