Training Log: Week of August 21

I have only 6 weeks left of training. Likely I have 3-4 more REALLY tough weeks, and then I get to taper and cruise to race day.
Last week was a pretty strange week because we were on vacation as a family for a large portion of it, but I still managed to get in all of my runs as well as my strength training. Now, I was definitely light on Pure barre, but I was not anywhere near a location on vacation.

But let's take a look at the last week of training.

Monday: 6 miles, recovery. Pure Barre. Strength.
Tuesday: 7 miles, 8:30 pace.
Wednesday: 10 mile workout (4x10min tempo pace).
Thursday: 6 miles, recovery pace. Strength.
Friday: OFF
Saturday: 7 miles, 8:12 pace.
Sunday: 10 miles, half tune up.

46 miles
2x strength
1x pure barre
