Training Log: Week of June 26

After returning home from Columbus last Sunday, it was back to the usual grind. Working, training, etc. I mean, yes, I trained in Columbus, lifting once and doing a long run once, but you know what I mean... real life...
So let's take a look at the work I did this week building toward the Chicago Marathon. I have 15 weeks to go!

Monday: 6 miles, recovery pace. Pure barre.
Tuesday:  4 miles easy.
Wednesday: 10 miles. Shake n bake workout. Pure barre.
Thursday: 7 miles, recovery pace. Lift.
Friday: 6 miles, easy. Pure Barre.
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: 14 miles.

47 miles.
3x pure barre
1x lift

Overall a good week with mileage building as I am really getting into the groove of actual training, rather than just starting to build. GOT THIS.
