Training Log: Week of July 3

Down into the weeds already on Chicago training. I am already at 14 weeks to go, and I am already up to 16+ miles and 50+ mile weeks.
So let's take a look at the work that I did last week to get prepped for the Chicago Marathon!

Monday: 6 miles, recovery pace. Pure Barre.
Tuesday: 9 miles including 3.42 race-ish. Lift.
Wednesday: 8 miles, recovery pace. Pure Barre.
Thursday: 5 miles treadmill during a downpour. Lift.
Friday: 7 miles. Pure barre.
Saturday: 16 miles with a group of folks in a different area.
Sunday: OFF

51 miles
2x lift
3x pure barre

A good week overall!
