Training Log: Week of July 24

This week was a down week overall, under 50 miles, which was definitely needed. I was pretty wiped after the 5K (and other distances) and was looking forward to having fewer miles during the week.
So let's take a look at the week and see how things shook out.

Monday: 6 miles, recovery pace. Pure barre.
Tuesday: Lift. Pure barre.
Wednesday: 10 mile workout.
Thursday: 4 mile recovery run. Lift.
Friday: 6 miles easy. Pure barre.
Saturday: 18 miles.
Sunday: OFF
