Training Log: Week of July 10

Another week of training has gone by, which is pretty hard to believe. 13 weeks until Chicago and Coach Mat is piling on the miles.
So let's take a look at this past week of training, up over 50 miles again!

Monday: 8 miles, recovery pace. Pure barre.
Tuesday: 6 miles, easy. Pure barre. Lift.
Wednesday: 10 mile workout.
Thursday: 8 miles, recovery pace. Lift.
Friday: 6 miles, easy.
Saturday: off
Sunday: 16 miles with strides.

Totals: 54 miles
2x lift
2x pure barre
