So there was another week of training knocked down this week, and as of this morning, there are less than 15 weeks until the Chicago Marathon.

Monday: 6 miles in 55: 27 (recovery run). Strength baseline
Tuesday: Pure Barre. Week 0
Wednesday: 10 mile workout, Week 0.
Thursday: 6 miles in 55:37 (recovery run). Pure Barre.
Friday: 5 miles at 8:23 pace. Pure Barre. Week 0.
Saturday: Week 0. Strength.
Sunday: 14 miles. Week 0.
