Training Log: Week of May 15

So I have had another solid week of training at this point. I am definitely starting to work a little bit harder as I get into the real "training" portion of this cycle.
So let's take a look at how this last week has worked for me.
Monday: 45 min run with 6x20s strides. 5.05 miles. Pure Barre.
Tuesday: 6 miles, first three easy, next three up tempo.
Wednesday: Workout day! Warm up, cool down and 3x2miles. 10.54 total miles
Thursday: 35 minute run (4.02 miles). Pure barre.
Friday: 40 minute run (4.39 miles). Pure barre.
Saturday: OFF day (we played at the park!)
Sunday: 80 minute long run (9.68 miles).
3xPure barre.
