Training Update: Week of April 17

Well, this week was THE week. The week of the Boston Marathon!
So let's look at how the week went.

Monday: BOSTON MARATHON
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: Pure Barre
Thursday: Pure Barre
Friday: 4 miles. Pure Barre.
Saturday: 2 miles.
Sunday: Off

So, a nice light recovery week after the marathon on Monday. This week, I might ease it back in even further.
