Well, it was a down week this week. It was the last down week before I am tapering, and I definitely had a good week.
Monday: 8 miles, recovery pace. Pure Barre. Core.
Tuesday: Pure barre. Core.
Wednesday: 6 miles, Pure barre. Core.
Thursday: 6 miles, Pure barre.
Friday: 5 miles, Pure bare. Core.
Saturday: 3.56 miles (don't ask)
Sunday: 12 miles
