Training Update: Week of February 27

This week was a weird week for my training, mainly because of my non-training life. Work was crazy. But instead of talking about that (at least in this post), let's look at how my training actually stacked up for the week. I am 6 weeks out from Boston and 7 weeks out from GCM.
Monday: 60 minute walk, Pure Barre. Core.
Tuesday: 7 miles and 4x 30s strides. 7.49 miles. Core.
Wednesday: OFF (tornado warnings in the middle of the night will do that to you.)
Thursday: 6 miles with 5x45s surges in the middle. Core.
Friday: 6 miles easy, Pure Barre.
Saturday: 18.08 miles including the Bockfest 5K.
Sunday: 5 miles, easy.

Total mileage: 42.57
Pure Barre 3x
Core 3x

So let's go.
