Training Update: Week of October 24

Another week of base building/10K focus training under my belt. It is definitely combo work right now because the mileage is decent but the speedwork was definitely faster intervals!
So let me tell you how my last week shook out...

Monday: 7 miles, 4x30 strides (7.53 total). Pure Barre. Core/stretching.
Tuesday: 60 minute walk. Pure Barre. Core/stretching.
Wednesday: 6 miles, 8:58 pace (treadmill). Pure Barre. Core/stretching.
Thursday: Speedwork (post here). 6 total miles. Pure Barre. Core/stretching.
Friday: 6 miles, easy. Pure Barre. Core/stretching.
Saturday: 9 miles.
Sunday: OFF

Weekly stats:
34.53 miles
1x XT
5x Pure Barre
5x Core

Another good week and I am READY to race! Now that my 3/4 top came in, I hope Thanksgiving is as nice this year as it was last year!
