Training Update: Week of August 1

It is Monday morning, and I had a heavy training week last week that I want to recap.

Monday: 10 miles, 4x 30s strides, core. 10.54 total
Tuesday: 60 minute walk, Barre 3. Core.
Wednesday: 7 mile run, easy. Core.
Thursday: 9 miles, 4x30 strides, 7 are tempo (7:41 pace). 9.59 miles. Barre 3. Core.
Friday: 8 miles, 7:52 pace, Core.
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: 20 miles with friends. 8:30 pace.

55.13 miles run.
2x Barre 3
5x Core

Holy moly. It was a totally exhausting week. But I am glad to be through it, I am glad to be done, and I am glad that I am still feeling ready to work out this week.
