Training Recap: Week of May 2

Last week was a relatively normal week of training, although I ran very few miles (12?) from my usual places. Lots of travel over the last week led to miles in more unfamiliar places, although it was good anyway.
So, let's look at the week.

Monday: 6.56 miles, strides, CORE
Tuesday: 40 minutes elliptical. Strength. CORE
Wednesday: 6 miles, easy pace, CORE
Thursday: 6.5 miles, strides, CORE
Friday: 6 miles, easy pace
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: 8.38 miles, Pure Barre class

33.44 miles
1x XT
1x lift
4x core
1x Barre class

Overall, a good first week back on the workout/running train.
