Training Recap: Week of April 25
So let's be honest, this was a tough as hell week for me, mostly because I was off for the most part. That is mentally trying for a gal, don't you think?
So with this being a recovery week, it is not as great as it normally is. But I am back on it this week. So get ready for that.
Monday: 4 miles, 8:51 pace, shakeout
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: OFF
Friday: 3 miles including 1 mile race
Saturday: 6 miles
Sunday: OFF
13 total miles. Eeek. I kind of hate that feeling, but it is for the best, right?
