Non-Training Training Week 2

I have survived another week without race goals. It started out a little rough. I was struggling with my running when it started. I only made it two miles on my first run of the week. On the second one, I did a little bit better. But it hurt. But eventually, my groove came back, I think.

Here is the breakdown of the week:
I would say this week shows me accomplishing every single goal that I currently have for myself. I managed to get a good amount of crosstraining, strength training (in the form of Crossfit WODs) and running into the week.

Today I ran a half marathon (race report tomorrow) and set a new PR, so that was pretty awesome. But for now, I am going to revel in a good week of non-training!
